If your computer is missing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Pack, you may see the error message below when opening the JAMS Web Client or when running SAP Sequence Tasks in a Sequence Job. This can impact Sequence Jobs in the Desktop Client, Web Client, and on a remote Agent. The Sequence Job will fail, and the error message below will be displayed in the Log File tab of the entry in the Monitor view.

If you see this message, download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Pack.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'sapnco_utils.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

NOTE: In versions newer than JAMS V7.3.338, the JAMS installer will install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Pack.
