Users may encounter errors in which Triggers disable during Job execution and/or Reset Trigger fails after Job completion. When File Triggers disable, users may see an error message similar to the following:
FileTriggerManager Error: 0 : File watch failed: The file watcher failed
When Reset Trigger fails, users may see an error message similar to the following:
Completion Error: 0 : Exception from JobComplete procedure for entry 12345, ResetTriggerMatchOut
To ensure Triggers behave properly, upgrade all JAMS Servers and Agents to V7.0.1830 or later. Download the latest JAMS version here.
Where will I find the error message?
From the JAMS Monitor, open the Sequence Job Details and view the Log File tab. You may also view the Job Details from the History tab.
How do I resolve this error?
The JAMS Team highly recommends upgrading to the latest JAMS version.
As a workaround in versions prior to v7.0.1830:
- Export the Job that experienced failed Triggers or Reset.
- Delete the original Job.
- Import the Job.
