Users may encounter an error in which JAMS does not parse Parameters or Variables to the Send Email Element when a Job executes. The following is an example of a Job attempting to use a qualified Variable <<\IRS\InvestmentRisk\StagingSupportEmailList>>.

To ensure the Send Email Element parses Parameters and Variables properly, upgrade all JAMS Servers and Agents to v7.0.1830 or later. Download the latest JAMS version here.

Why am I seeing this error?

In versions prior to v7.0.1830, JAMS could not parse Parameters or Variables to the Send Email Element.

Where will I find the error message?

From the JAMS Monitor, open the Job Details and view the Audit Trail tab. You may also view the Job Details from the History tab.

How do I resolve this error?

If you experience this issue, the JAMS Team highly recommends that you upgrade to v7.0.1830 or later. Download the latest JAMS version here.
