When a Job Definition needs to run automatically, a Check-Box can be toggled for the "Enable" option within a Schedule Trigger Element. A Schedule Trigger Element can be set on the Folder or Job level within the Elements tab of the Job.
When this box is unchecked, JAMS will not automatically Submit future instances of the Definition based on the selected Schedule Element, though it is important to note that Jobs already Submitted to the Schedule, will not be affected.
1. Navigate to Elements Tab of a Job/Folder and open the Schedule Trigger Element properties.
2. Toggle the "Enabled" option for the Schedule Trigger Element.
