Supported Versions of JAMS

The following versions of JAMS are currently supported:

  • JAMS V7 is our development focus and will receive regular updates via each new release.
  • JAMS V6 is eligible for technical support, but it is no longer being updated or enhanced.
  • JAMS AgentD is supported and will receive regular updates. AgentD has a separate release schedule from JAMS.
  • JAMS AgentX is supported and will receive regular updates. AgentX has a separate release schedule from JAMS.

To identify the version number of your copy of JAMS, do the following:

  1. Open JAMS.
  2. Select About | JAMS Client or JAMS Server.

    when will JAMS V6 technical support end?

    Hello Dale, as of this date, we do not currently have plans to remove support for JAMS v6. In the past for previous versions of JAMS, we had given our customers roughly 1.5 years notice before we had decided to officially end support for an older version of JAMS.
