If the Windows credentials being used on the client machine cannot be used to authenticate to the JAMS server, it may be necessary to specify a separate set of credentials in order to authenticate.
This is also useful for cases where the client machine and JAMS Scheduler are not on the same domain.
- Open the JAMS client and click on the red "J" icon in the upper-left corner
- Select the JAMS server and click the "Change" button
- Select the Authentication tab, and check the box, "Prompt for Username/Password when connecting"
Note: JAMS will not store password information here. However, it will store the username information.
These instructions are for V6.
