The Report file must be modified to allow for the automatic embedding of images in a Report that is automatically generated.

• Open the Report in the Report Designer
• Open the Properties of the Report
• Drill down through Behavior –> Export Options –> HTML Export –> Embed Images 
• Change value to Yes 
• The automated Report will now automatically embed the images in the HTML document.
