Next, under the Schedule Options for the Setup, define the Scheduled Date and Scheduled Time values (no Resubmit values). Check the Automatically Submit box, if desired, as well.
Now, back to the Jobs tab of the Setup, open the Properties of Setup Job Step 10 (Job run #2 in the list) and define a Schedule Window or Between Time under Submit Times.
Repeat this last process for steps 20, 30, and 40, respectively. Note that there is no need to define the Schedule Window for the Step 0, as its submission is based upon the Schedule Options of the Setup.
